Leadership is the foundation for what can be accomplished in an individual’s personal and professional life. That is why The Chamber Foundation, Inc. have chosen to collaborate with area school districts for nearly 15 years to offer an innovative, four-year program designed to develop the leadership and life skills of area youth. The partnership also includes Integrated Technical & Education Resources, Inc. (ITERI), program coordinators, as well as local community and business leaders. This cooperation is quite unique; the opportunity to participate in an experience with students from various schools, offers rare opportunity and learning experience for the Youth Leadership students.

Leadership Dutchess

Leadership Dutchess is the signature program of The Chamber Foundation, Inc. and has been dedicated to educating and motivating citizens for to serve in leadership roles within our community for over 20 years. This program was designed to foster the development of a group of professionals who grow and learn together over a nine-month period.
Leadership Dutchess sessions are held once per month September – June and all course work contributes to the knowledge and understanding of leadership.
